The instruction for the CHANGE FROM ECO-ULTRA TO MILD AND FROM MILD TO ECO-ULTRA-First we will start the machine in self diagnostic mode.

1. If the machine is running power down it.
2. Push the buttons F2+F4+ARROW DOWN at the same time and keep them press.
3. Push the power button without stopping to push the other 3 buttons.
4. Wait until the machine beeps and appear the technical menu.

6. Now is a new menu open that is Ink Support. Here select “Init SMS flag” and when it opens put the option in “set” with the F2 and F4 buttons to change the value (it will open as reset) and push the ENTER button. This will
7. Press cancel two times to return to the main menu and power down the machine.
8. When we power up the machine another time in normal mode it will change from
   Eco Ultra ink to MildSolvent ink and the machine will now recognize the machine with
   the Spitfire chips in place of the EcoUltra chips.
9. Is possible to make this change in the two ways, changing from eco to mild entering
   in the SMS menu and activating the ink type mild or entering in the SolPrepare and
   activating the EcoUltra chips.
10. When we were in the diagnostic menu go to the menu 3/3 pressing the menu arrow down two times.
11. Here select the option SMS with the F2 button if you want to activate the Mild option for the chips. If you want to activate the Ultra option you need to select the SolPrepare option with the F1 button.
