This PQ-3204 Negative Pressure Pump is suitable for all DGI solvent and UV based printers. This is the replacement DGI Negative Pressure Pump. It supplies Negative Pressure to the sub ink tank on DGI printers.

How to detect if the Arizona 6100 Pump Air is working?

Check if the wires were broken, and just reconnect the wires if they are broken. And then just connect two wires from this pump to the power supply with voltage 24V DC. This ink pump life normally is one year to three years. Should replace it if it was damaged.

How to install the Arizona 6100 Pump Air?

There are two lines in the ink pump  input line and output line. input line is marked and output line is marked ↓ . You should double check these two lines. Make sure input line is connected to ink in and output line is connected to ink out otherwise you will damage your printer ink line if connecting them wrong. And it will cost you too much time and money if connecting wrong lines.

There are two wires: The one is BLACK WIRE that is should be connected to 24 VDC NEGATIVE – and The other RED WIRE that is should be connected to 24 VDC POSITIVE +.

How to choose the correct ink pump or negative pump for Arizona 6100 Pump Air?

Should pick up the correct flow amount pump. The small power pump (3 Watts) for small printer and big power pump ( 7 Watts) for big printer. All negative pressure pump should be 7 watts not 3 watts. It is the key to choose the correct ink pump to keep printer ink line perfect stable.
