Installation

1. Keep our degas vertical
2. Just put our degas at your old degas somewhere.
3. Keep valve to 12 pm to open ink line(vertical).
4. Connect ink line in and out and vacuum.
5. You must connect our wires to the same ink pump wires. Doesn’t matter red wire and black wire.

Ink line bubbles are the most annoying issue for printer operator, and these Ink line bubbles are from dissolved gas from repeatedly increasing and decreasing pressure.  The one bad effect of Ink line bubbles is that block nozzles and sometime cause nozzles fail to fire. And other bad effect of Ink line bubbles is that causing a misalignment or deflection of the ink landing position. These problems can be solved by degassing.

This OCE Arizona Degas Module 3010106509 eliminates the gasses or bubbles inside the ink. This Degas Module less nozzle blockage and improve the accuracy of ink dot placement.
