How to install IKO LWH-45 Rail?
IKO LWH 45 C2 R1050 F ==THK HSR45B2UU+1050. You can use THK HSR45B2UU+1050 instead of IKO LWH 45 C2 R1050 F but you need to purchase the whole set including the rail and blocks.
Loose or Tight the screws of IKO LWH-45 Rail Rail marked yellow to adjust the tension between block and linear rail.
- Must cleaning your IKO Rail perfect because a little durst can cause to fail to install.
- Put lubricating oil on the IKO Rail.
- Must be keep perfect alignment to install the IKO Rail. In some case, no enough space to install IKO Rail and you need to uninstall the rail to install it.
- Loose 4 screws to let the IKO LWH-45 Rail can go to the rail easily.
- Put IKO Rail gently to the rail and sliding slowly the whole block.
- Then tight the IKO Rail’s screws correct to keep the IKO Rail perfect to fit the rail.
