How to install IKO MLG- 7 Bearing Block?
Loose or Tight the screws marked yellow to adjust the tension between block and linear rail.
- Must cleaning your rail perfect because a little durst can cause to fail to install.
- Put lubricating oil on the rail.
- Must be keep perfect alignment to install the block. In some case, no enough space to install block and you need to uninstall the rail to install block.
- Loose 4 screws to let the block can go to the rail easily.
- Put block gently to the rail and sliding slow the whole block.
- Then tight the screws correct to keep the block perfect to fir the rail.
