How OCE UV Ink Pump works

This OCE UV Ink Pump pumps ink from ink container to the ink reservoir. And there is ink level sensor is inside ink reservoir and the sensor is float to to top to turn off ink pump when ink is full and the sensor is float to to bottom to turn on ink pump when ink is lower level. That’s why ink level sensor will automatically turn on / turn off in pump. The ink will fill in ink reservoir and ink will go to negative air pressure air line if the ink level sensor failed. You should stop your printer right away if your ink pump always pumps ink and never stop. Check your ink level sensor first. Sometime if there is too much air bubble clogged ink pump, you should use syringe to push ink to recover ink pump. You can check your ink pump if this issue happen. Oce  Ink Pump always pumps and never stop. There is no ink through the ink pump at all. The uv ink pump will be burned if too hot inside. This situation, you must use syringe to push ink through ink pump manually.
