This is 3.5 pL konica km1024 uv printhead with two ink port. The KM1800i is a high speed- high resolution piezo printhead (600dpi). It uses the “independent” firing technology proven in the 1024i series.
The KM1800i head is designed to be used in high quality single-pass print systems. It runs with higher viscosity inks (~10cP).
The KM1800i is simple to integrate tough and reliable with good fluid compatibility.
Its is currently available only in a 3.5pl drop size.
The printhead is primarily designed for UV inks but can be used with higher viscosity water-based inks or hot melt inks.
These heads may be operated in a wide range of different orientations. They are suitable for use with recirculating ink systems for example for white or metallic inks. Heads can be used in binary or greyscale (3bit) modes.Feature
