This External UV Printhead Heater is standalone kit. And it is not only for Konica printhead but also for Ricoh Seiko Xaar Spectra Epson Toshiba printhead.

We also supply the whole External Printhead Heater kit. This whole External Printhead Heater kit includes 2 pcs heater and one Automatic temperature Controller. You can set up temperature at 42 degree and error is 0.1~1 degree. Furthermore, this automatic temperature controller External UV Printhead Heater is standalone system. Hence you can  install it at any uv head that required heater system.

Our External UV Heater has the following sizes:

Small External Heater for Konica KM512 Ricoh G4 printhead and similar size printhead.

• Width: 15 mm.
• Length 50 mm.
• Thickness: 1.8 mm.

Big External Heater for Konica KM1024 Ricoh G5 printhead and similar size printhead.

• Width: 15 mm.
• Length 100 mm.
• Thickness: 1.8 mm.
