UV Printer Printhead Calibration byhx
[Angle Check] and [Vertical Check] is printhead physic calibration. You have to keep the printhead [Angle Check] and [Vertical Check] calibration as perfect as you can. Then you can do the following Calibration. If these [Angle Check] and [Vertical Check] are not perfect and please redo it until to perfect calibration.
You can see [Angle Check] is not perfect physically, You have to physically to adjust printhead angle to get the following perfect [Angle Check]
Then you can go to [Vertical Check]
All colors compare to Magenta Color. In vertical set up for printhead, set up Magenta printhead as the lowest position as you can. because you can not adjust other colors printhead if you set up Magenta printhead position too high because other printhead can not high than magenta. Keep Magenta printhead as the lowest position as you can.
You should set up other colors printhead to match Magenta printhead perfect as above photo.
Then you can go to next step to calibration with software.
Just click [Print] to get the following photo.
Please note each pattern has his own unique ID from 0 to 12 and you just need to plus the above perfect number to the old. NOT USE New Number to replace old number!!!. The above perfect number is -2 and you need to plus -2 to the old number.
Then click [Print] to print new calibration photo again. And repeat the calibration.
The key is to repeat the calibration until ZERO is perfect match number!!!
All other colors are exactly the same way to calibrate.
Bidirection calibration is the same as above.
NEVER CHANGE [Base Step]!!!

Just pick the perfect number for each. All colors should match MAGENTA!
